1. Definitions

1.1. Buyer: Any person purchasing a Product from Epicrona.com.
1.2. Epicrona.com: The company operating the website Epicrona.com, with the registered address Suite 8138, 17b Farnham Street, Parnell, 1052, Auckland, New Zealand, Reg. no. 6276528.
1.3. Product: XBOX Series CD Keys available for purchase on the website.
1.4. User: Any person using the Epicrona.com website to browse or purchase Products.
1.5. Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions governing the use of Epicrona.com and the purchase of Products.

2.1. By using Epicrona.com and purchasing Products, Users agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
2.2. Users confirm they are legally capable of entering binding agreements and are not prohibited from using the website by any applicable laws.

3.1. To purchase a Product, Users must select their desired game and activation region, and provide a valid email address for delivery of the CD Key.
3.2. The CD Key will be sent to the User’s email within a maximum of 14 days from the date of purchase.
3.3. Epicrona.com will issue a bill or VAT invoice for each Product purchased.

4.1. Payments must be made through the payment methods available on Epicrona.com.
4.2. All prices listed on the website include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4.3. Users must ensure that the funds used for payment come from lawful sources.

5.1. Refunds can be requested up to 14 days after the purchase date.
5.2. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment where possible, or otherwise to the User’s account balance on Epicrona.com.

6.1. All content on Epicrona.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Epicrona.com or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
6.2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on Epicrona.com without express written permission.

7.1. Epicrona.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or purchase of Products.
7.2. Epicrona.com’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the purchase of Products will not exceed the purchase price of the Products.

8.1. Epicrona.com reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the website and will become effective immediately for new Users and 14 days after posting for existing Users.
8.2. Continued use of the website after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
